Get Ready for an Adventure!

Pack your bags and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!  This Summer, we'll be traveling to Rome to visit Paul and the Underground Church. Rome will immerse learners of all ages in Bible-times culture, helping kids and adults explore what it might have been like to live as the church was just beginning.  Families will experience new traditions, taste new foods, try new arts and crafts projects, and discover that God’s love is the most powerful gift, saving us from our sins.

Each day we will visit Paul’s home, soaking in Scripture as Paul shares what he’s writing and applies it to kids’ experiences. To hear from Paul, chained to a Roman guard…it’s memorable learning—and powerful!

VBS Announcements:

Early registration begins June 28th at Laurel Hill Baptist Church.  We will be setting up an Early Registration Table in Belair subdivistion - Details TBA.

Our Nightly Themes for the week will be:

SUNDAY is Tourist Night: Come dressed in your favorite "tourist" attire and let's get ready to ROME!

MONDAY is Travel with a Friend Night: Bring a friend (or two!) along for our trip to Rome.

TUESDAY is Smuggle a Bible in Rome Night: See if you can sneak your Bible past the Roman Guards!

WEDNESDAY is Strap on your Sandals Night: Wear sandals (or flip flops) just as they did in early Rome!

THURSDAY is Christian Bravery Night: Will you dare to wear a Christian t-shirt or WWJD bracelet (or other Christian attire) in front of the Roman Guards?!

FRIDAY is Family Pride Night: Show your family pride by coming dressed in your family color.
